Sublimated apparel is a type of clothing printed using a process called sublimation. This process involves turning a solid into a gas and then back into a solid without passing through a liquid stage. Manufacturing Process:

1. The design is printed onto special transfer material  using sublimation inks.
2. The design is then transfered to several blank garment panels using heat and pressure.
3. The heat turns the inks into a gas, and the fabric absorbs them, creating a permanent print.
4. The panels are cooled then sewn together to complete the entire garment.
